The idea of a global network of Parliamentarians championing diabetes within their legislatures came about as a consequence of separate developments over a number of years that highlighted the lack of such an organisation.

Take action

Membership is free and open to elected representatives of Regional and National Parliaments, including the European Parliament. While there is no limit on the number of members from a single Parliament or Assembly, only two members will be eligible for assistance to attend PDGN's biennial forum from each country, or the European Parliament.
